EU LLP Comenius project DynaMAT - Feedback management meeting (Aarhus)



Aarhus, June 16– 20, 2012

Purpose of meeting (from the workplan ): Feedback management meeting. Meeting to report about preparatory course materials and about preparatory course execution, and discuss feedback from preparatory courses and workshops. Also to discuss about possible journals and conferences for presentation and dissemination of articles and reports.

Workpackage 5: period 16 – 19 month (February- May 2012) Preliminary Course development. The materials developed will be the basis of preliminary courses and workshops for pre- and in-service teachers at the partner institutions; the materials will be edited and compiled (in the partner languages) by the partner institutions to fit to their respective framework of courses.

Workpackage 6 month (June-September 2012) Feedback after courses, Book editing and production.

This workpackage will use the feedback information collected from preliminary courses to modify and improve the part of E-book materials used in these courses. Moreover, the partners will edit all materials to be printed in a book, which will then be published. The book will be in EN, containing sample materials in each of the partner languages (DE, IT, IS, DA, BG, SK).

Total number of pages is approximately 700. Book with materials:

a) Examples how the use of ICT can develop further the visualization process

b) Examples of simulations of real or hypothetical processes, so that appropriate math models will be constructed and will be further improved to aid the learner

c) Instructions and tips on how to use ICT to improve the simulations

  • Description of the database system used for the management of the project by the teams (short discussion and proposal for improvement)
  • Evaluation report of Jarmila and suggestions to improve the work

  • Dissemination - discussion about possible journals and conferences for presentation and dissemination of articles and reports (1 hour at least)

  • E-book will be mainly existing on homepage
